Return and Exchange Policy
Kanz Online Store
Kanz Online Store, in its effort to protect the rights of its customers and comply with applicable e-commerce regulations, has adopted the return and exchange policy according to the following terms and conditions:
Article (1): Scope of Application
This policy applies to all products sold through Kanz Online Store.
Article (2): Return Request Period
The customer has the right to submit a return or exchange request within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of receipt of the order, and any request submitted after this period will not be considered.
Article (3): Cases of Acceptance for Return
A return or exchange request is accepted in the following cases:
1. Presence of a manufacturing defect or malfunction in the product.
2. The product does not match the specifications or description displayed in the store.
3. The product arrives in a damaged condition due to shipping.
Article (4): Return Conditions
The following conditions must be met for the return request to be accepted:
• The product is in its original condition upon receipt, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is submitted through the store’s approved official channels within the specified period.
• Proof of the reason for the return is attached to the request.
Article (5): Return and Exchange Procedures
• After the product is received by Kanz Online Store, it is inspected by the competent authority to verify its condition and the reason for the return.
• If the reason for the return is confirmed, the store commits to fulfilling the customer’s request either by refund or by replacing the product according to their preference.
Article (6): Refunds
• The value of the product, along with shipping fees, is refunded if a defect or error in the order is proven.
• The refund is made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase via the approved payment gateway.
• The process of refunding the amount takes between 3 to 9 working days, depending on the procedures of the payment gateway and the customer’s bank.
Article (7): General Provisions
• Kanz Online Store reserves the right to refuse any return request if the above conditions are not met.
• The interpretation and implementation of this policy are subject to the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
